If you would like to upgrade your account prior to auto-renewal, you may add the subscription through your user panel. Please note: we recommend upgrading when your account is close to the auto-renew period, otherwise you will have two concurrent subscriptions.
Here's how:
1) Login to your account here: http://prettyforum.com/amember/member.php
2) Under the "Add/Renew Subscription" tab, you can add a new subscription.
Please make sure after you add the subscription, that you cancel your current subscription so it no longer renews. This may also be done through your user panel.
3) Under the "Your Payment History" tab, you will see your current subscription level. You may click on the "cancel" link to end your current subscription.
Please note: we do not offer refunds on any previously paid subscriptions
